The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, conducted by music director Jeffrey Kahane, will perform the world premiere of SINFONIA CONCERTANTE, featuring LACO principal wind players David Shostac – flute, Allan Vogel – oboe, Richard Todd – horn and Kenneth Munday – bassoon. The piece was commissioned by the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. Also on the program called Wolfgang & Mozart will be Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto in A major, K. 622, featuring LACO principal clarinetist Joshua Ranz and Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor, K. 466, with Jeffrey Kahane as the soloist.
